This Victorian semi-detached property’s front ground floor lounge bay – bottom third of this section had completely deteriorated due to dry rot and water damage.

Following the removal of all the infected timber including architrave, bottom sash and window boards, the sections were authentically reproduced using profiles and detail from the remaining sections of the bay.
